Tuesday to Sunday, whenever we are open. Walk-ins are welcome, but on Fridays and Saturdays we are often full: best to book a table then.

Where can you go for drinks in Vathorst?
At Tjaps, Leeghwater 5 in Amersfoort-Vathorst. You can have drinks all evening with craft beer from 23 taps, cocktails, wine and bar snacks from the menu. Amersfoort Vathorst station is a few minutes' walk away, and when the weather is good the terrace is out.
Do I need to book for drinks?
Walk-ins are welcome. On Fridays and Saturdays we are often full, so booking a table is wise then. Up to eight people can book online; from nine, send a group request.
What can you eat with your drinks?
The bar menu has boards to share, like charcuterie and cheese, and warm bar snacks. You can order them all evening. Want a proper meal? Sit down for dinner from 17:00.
How late can you have drinks at Tjaps?
Whenever we are open. On Fridays and Saturdays we are open until 01:00; the other days are on our contact page. We are closed on Mondays.
Does Tjaps have a terrace for drinks?
Yes. When the weather is good, the terrace goes out, right in the middle of Vathorst. When it is not, you have drinks inside at the bar or at a table.
Do you have cocktails and wine too?
Yes. Next to 23 taps of craft beer we have our own cocktail list, including mocktails, and a wine list with wine by the glass or the bottle.
