How a group dinner works
For groups we work with a tailored menu. That way the kitchen serves everything fresh and at the same time, and nobody waits while the rest are already eating.

Date, time, number of people and your wishes: a diet, an allergy or a special occasion. It takes a minute.

Within one working day we contact you personally, with the options for your group.

We agree on the menu
Together we choose what comes to the table, from the charcoal grill and around it. Taking into account anyone who does not eat meat or cannot have something.

At the table
The kitchen has everything ready at the same time. All you need to do is pick which beer from the tap goes with it.

An evening with colleagues at one table, with food from the charcoal grill and a beer from the tap. After a day out together, or simply as a team dinner. Colleagues get here easily: free parking and the station a few minutes' walk away. Drinks beforehand work too.
Birthday or anniversary
Something to celebrate? Mention it in your request and we will take it into account. With a tailored menu everyone eats at the same time, and the guest of honour does not have to arrange a thing.
Bachelor or bachelorette party
Round off the day together at the table: food from the grill, a toast with craft beer or a cocktail. Mention in your request that it is a bachelor or bachelorette party.
Christmas drinks
With your team or club at the bar in the weeks before Christmas. You request it like a group dinner and choose Borrel (drinks) under 'What for'.

Our 23 taps pour our own VAT'33 beer next to rotating guest beers, from pils to stout. There is something for everyone, including those who prefer alcohol-free, a wine or a cocktail.

From how many people is it a group at Tjaps?
From nine people. Up to eight people can book online straight away. From nine, you send a group request: date, time, number and wishes, and we get back to you personally within one working day.
Can I eat at Tjaps with a large group?
Yes. Up to 49 people can request through the group form on our site. For fifty people or more, email us at info@tjapspub.nl and we will see together what is possible.
Can you take dietary requirements into account?
Yes. Add dietary requirements and allergies to your request and we will include them in the menu. There are vegetarian dishes on the menu too.
What does a group dinner at Tjaps cost?
That depends on the menu we choose together. After your request we send you the options for your group within one working day.
